A few things to know

Fits into your day.
Stays in your hands.

How we handle your data
Do I need Canvas for every tool?

No. Feedback Rewriter, Parent Feedback Writer, Teacher AI Chat, Rubric Designer and General Notes work without a Canvas course open. Course checks and snapshots use your existing Canvas access. Assignment Setup Checker and Student Snapshot are free without a Teacher Copilot account.

What does Teacher Copilot do with my work?

You choose what to submit to AI and review the result. AI does not automatically read your Canvas course. Teacher Copilot does not send messages or change grades for you. Notes and chat history stay in this browser; text you submit and audio you transcribe are processed to provide those features.

How do plans and allowances work?

Free includes 20 AI credits and 10 transcription minutes each month. Pro Teacher includes 150 AI credits and 60 transcription minutes each month. Allowances renew monthly without rollover; existing subscribers receive published limit changes at their next renewal.

Writing and text chat use one AI credit, screenshot chat uses two, and transcription uses separately measured time. Non-AI actions do not debit either allowance, though plan capabilities and your Canvas permissions still apply.
